I got the opportunity to get a sneak peek at the new Gated luxury home community Versant  the other day.  Located just 10 minutes from downtown Asheville. Here is the conclusion of the 2007 Asheville Metro economy outlook. when watching the video.  Pay particular attention around the 2:38 mark. That will be when the discussion turns to in--migration. 97% of Asheville's population is moving into the area.  With that many people moving into the Asheville, North Carolina real estate market.
